What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback uses brainwave biofeedback to actually change your brainwave patterns to dramatically improving how well your brain + nervous system self-regulate, which is called ‘neuroplasticity’ and neuroregulation by scientists, since it actually changes the brain itself.
